dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh kualitas pelayana terhadap kepuasan pasien puskesmas bandar khalipah. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1)untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasaan pasien mengenai Tangibel di Puskesmas Bandar Khalipah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. 2)Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasaan pasien mengenai Reliability di Puskesmas Bandar Khalipah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. 3)Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasaan mengenai Responsivines di Puskesmas Bandar Khalipah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai.4)Untuk mengatahui tingkat kepuasaan pasien mengenai Assurance di Puskesmas Bandar Khalipah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. 5)Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasaan pasein mengenai Empath di Puskesmas Bandar Khalipah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teori roscoe, sedangkan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah sebanyak 30 orang pasien Puskesmas Bandar Khalipah yang dijadikan responden. Hasil penelitian menyampaikan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Maka disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Bandar Khalipah. This study discusses the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at Bandar Khalipah Health Center. This study aims to 1) determine the level of patient satisfaction regarding Tangible at Bandar Khalipah Health Center, Serdang Bedagai Regency. 2) To determine the level of patient satisfaction regarding Reliability at Bandar Khalipah Health Center, Serdang Bedagai Regency. 3) To determine the level of satisfaction regarding Responsiveness at Bandar Khalipah Health Center, Serdang Bedagai Regency. 4) To determine the level of patient satisfaction regarding Assurance at Bandar Khalipah Health Center, Serdang Bedagai Regency. 5) To determine the level of patient satisfaction regarding Empath at Bandar Khalipah Health Center, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The type of research that the author conducted was field research with quantitative methods. In this study, sampling was carried out using Roscoe's theory, while the sample to be used was 30 patients of Bandar Khalipah Health Center who were used as respondents. The results of the study conveyed that the variable of service quality simultaneously influenced patient satisfaction. It was concluded that service quality had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Bandar Khalipah Health Center.en_US
