PLTA Kerinci Merangin Hidro. This study aims to determine the correlation between employee perceptions of occupational health and safety (K3) with performance at PT. PLTA Kerinci Merangin Hidro. The population in this study were 689 employees and the number of samples in this study was 100 employees. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant correlation between occupational health and safety (K3) and employee performance at PT. PLTA Kerinci Merangin Hidro, where rxy = 0.646, with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. From these results, the determinant coefficient (r2) of the correlation between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is r2 = 0.417, indicating that occupational health and safety (K3) has a distribution of 41.7% on performance. Based on the results of the mean test, it can be concluded that occupational health and safety (K3) is classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean value of 66 and an empirical mean of 68.24. Furthermore, the performance can be concluded to obtain moderate results with a hypothetical value of 75 and an empirical value of 78.56. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that occupational health and safety (K3) has a correlation to employee performance at PT. PLTA Kerinci Merangin Hidro. |
