dc.description.abstractDesain dan dimensi heater untuk mesin Stirling perlu mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor agar efisiensi dan performa mesin optimal. Aplikasi autoCAD digunakan untuk mendesain heater mesin stirling mCHPSE-012021. Heater merupakan salah satu komponen pada mesin stirling mCHPSE-012021 dan letak heater ditunjukkan pada depan mesin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan proses manufaktur yang telah dilakukan, Heater yang telah diproduksi menggunakan bahan baja karbon mampu mencapai suhu rata-rata sebesar 484,50 °C. suhu ratarata ini mencerminkan kemampuan heater dalam mempertahankan suhu yang stabil selama pengujian, yang merupakan indikator penting dalam menentukan efisiensi dan reliabilitas heater. Stabilitas suhu pada 484,50 °C juga menunjukkan bahwa heater memiliki distribusi panas yang merata, yang sangat penting untuk menghindari hotspot atau area yang kurang panas. The design and dimensions of the heater for the Stirling engine need to consider several factors to ensure optimal efficiency and performance of the engine. AutoCAD software is used to design the heater for the Stirling engine model mCHPSE-012021. The heater is one of the components of the Stirling engine mCHPSE-012021, and its location is shown at the front of the machine. Based on the research results and the manufacturing process that has been carried out, the heater produced using carbon steel is capable of reaching an average temperature of 484.50 °C. This average temperature reflects the heater's ability to maintain a stable temperature during testing, which is an important indicator in determining the heater’s efficiency and reliability. The temperature stability at 484.50 °C also indicates that the heater has uniform heat distribution, which is crucial to avoid hotspots or areas with insufficient heating.en_US
