Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan persepsi gaji dengan motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Medan. Metode peneitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan uji korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 134 orang karyawan PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quota Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengang model skala liket. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi Product moment dari Pearson, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara persepsi gaji dengan motivasi kerja. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,784, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,614. Ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi gaji berdistribusi sebesar 61,4%% terhadap motivasi kerja. This study aims to see the relationship between salary perception and work motivation of employees of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Medan. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a correlation test. The population in this study was 134 employees of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Medan. The sampling technique used in this study was quota sampling. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a liket scale model. Based on the results of the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis calculation, it can be seen that there is a positive relationship between salary perception and work motivation. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.784, with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2 = 0.614. This shows that salary perception is distributed by 61.4%% to work motivation. |
