Abstract: | Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi untuk mengetahui hubungan resiliensi dengan performa kerja pada unit dalmas sat samapta polresta deli serdang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert dengan 43 subjek penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara resiliensi dengan performa kerja. nilai koefisien linearitas performa kerja terhadap resiliensi di mana = 0,679 dengan p < 0,01, koefisien determinan (r²) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y sebesar 0,527 yang berarti resiliensi berkorelasi terhadap performa kerja bagian performa kerja sebesar 52,7%. Secara empiris, 86,85% subjek memiliki ketahanan sedang, sementara 13,15% memiliki ketahanan rendah. Secara hipotetis, 86,85% subjek memiliki ketahanan tinggi, 13,15% sedang, dan tidak ada yang rendah. Untuk performa kerja, secara empiris, 84,21% subjek menunjukkan performa kerja sedang dan 15,79% rendah; secara hipotetis, 68,42% subjek memiliki performa kerja tinggi, 31,58% sedang, dan tidak ada yang rendah. Temuan ini menegaskan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara resiliensi dengan performa kerja, dengan perbedaan antara distribusi empiris dan hipotetis. This research used correlation analysis to examine the correlation between resilience and work performance at the Dalmas Unit, Sat Samapta Polresta Deli Serdang. The data collection technique used a Likert scale, with 43 research subjects. The results showed a positive correlation between resilience and work performance. The linearity coefficient of work performance towards resilience was 0.679 with p < 0.01. The determinant coefficient (r²) for the correlation between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y was 0.527, meaning that resilience correlated with work performance by 52.7%. Empirically, 86.85% of subjects had medium resilience, while 13.15% had low resilience. Hypothetically, 86.85% of subjects had high resilience, 13.15% medium, and none had low resilience. For work performance, empirically, 84.21% of subjects exhibited medium work performance and 15.79% had low performance. Hypothetically, 68.42% had high work performance, 31.58% medium, and none had low performance. These findings confirm a significant positive correlation between resilience and work performance, with differences between empirical and hypothetical distributions. |
