Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel keseluruhan dari populasi yang berjumlah 81 pegawai. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan skala iklim organisasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi pearson. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi pearson, diketahui terdapat hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Hal ini terbukti dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,567 dengan signifikansi p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, yaitu (r2) =0,322. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berdistribusi sebesar 32,2% terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Iklim organisasi tergolong sedang dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 70 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 64,04. Kemudian organizational citizenship behavior disimpulkan tergolong rendah dengan nilai mean hipotetik 60 dan mean empiriknya 52,04. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior in employees of the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office. This research method uses a quantitative approach using a total sample of 81 employees from the population. The measuring instruments used in this study are the Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale and the organizational climate scale. Data analysis uses Pearson correlation analysis. Based on Pearson correlation analysis, it is known that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.567 with a significance of p = 0.000 <0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, namely (r2) = 0.322. This shows that organizational climate is distributed by 32.2% on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational climate is classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean value of 70 and an empirical mean of 64.04. Then organizational citizenship behavior is concluded to be low with a hypothetical mean value of 60 and an empirical mean of 52.04. |
