dc.description.abstractTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh umur, lama pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan, gaji dan premi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS Versi 22. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus PT ADEI Plantation & Industry kecamatan Pinggir Kabupaten Bengkalis Riau. Penentuan daerah penelitian dilakukan secara wawancara mengisi kuisoner. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa produktivitas kerja karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit tergolong rendah yaitu sebesar 1.189 Kg/HKP/Bulan. Faktor lama pendidikan formal, jumlah tanggungan, dan premi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit di Kebun PT ADEI Plantation & Industry sedangkan faktor umur dan gaji berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit Kebun PT ADEI Plantation & Industry Kecamatan Pinggir Kabupaten Bengkalis Riau. The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of age, years of education, number of dependents, salary, and bonuses on the work productivity of oil palm harvesters. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Version 22. The sampling method used was census sampling from PT ADEI Plantation & Industry in Pinggir Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. The research area was determined through interviews and filling out questionnaires. The research results concluded that the work productivity of oil palm harvesters was relatively low, at 1,189 kg/HKP/month. The factors of formal education length, number of dependents, and bonuses did not have a significant effect on the work productivity of oil palm harvesters at PT ADEI Plantation & Industry, while the factors of age and salary had a significant effect on the work productivity of oil palm harvesters at PT ADEI Plantation & Industry in Pinggir Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency, Riau.en_US
