Pengaruh Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Quarter Life Crisis pada Mahasiswa Akhir Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara dukungan keluarga terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa akhir Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akhir Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara stambuk 2020 berjumlah 432 mahasiswa dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 145 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan model skala likert dengan dua skala, yaitu skala dukungan keluarga dan skala quarter life crisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana terlihat bahwa ada pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa akhir di Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,319. Ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga berdistribusi sebesar 31,9% terhadap quarter life crisis. Berdasarkan hasil uji mean dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan keluarga tergolong rendah dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 47,5 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 41,08. Selanjutnya quarter life crisis dapat disimpulkan memperoleh hasil tinggi dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 60 dan nilai empiriknya sebesar 81,19. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa akhir Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. This study aims to determine the effect of family support on quarter-life crisis in final year students of the Faculty of Public Health, State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The population in this study were final year students of the Faculty of Public Health, State Islamic University of North Sumatra, batch 2020 totaling 432 students and the number of samples in this study was 145 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale model with two scales, namely the family support scale and the quarter-life crisis scale. Based on the results of the simple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that there is a negative and significant effect between family support and quarter-life crisis in final year students at the Faculty of Public Health, State Islamic University of North Sumatra. From these results, the determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2 = 0.319. This shows that family support is distributed by 31.9% to quarter-life crisis. Based on the results of the mean test, it can be concluded that family support is classified as low with a hypothetical mean value of 47.5 and an empirical mean of 41.08. Furthermore, quarter life crisis can be concluded to obtain high results with a hypothetical value of 60 and an empirical value of 81.19. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that family support has an influence on quarter life crisis in final year students of the Faculty of Public Health, State Islamic University of North Sumatra.
