dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemasaran gula merah nira kelapa di Kelurahan Bajamas Kecamatan Sirandorung Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data kualitatif untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran gula merah dan metode analisis data kuantitatif untuk menghitung biaya, marjin dan efisiensi pemasaran. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Jumlah keseluruhan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 26 responden. Terdiri dari 19 produsen, 2 pedagang pengumpul dan 5 pedagang pengecer. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat 3 saluran pemasaran gula merah nira kelapa di Kelurahan Bajamas Kecamatan Sirandorung Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. (2) Pada saluran pemasaran 1 total biaya pemasaran Rp1.738/kg dan share marjin 100%. Pada saluran pemasaran 2 total biaya pemasaran Rp614/kg, marjin pemasaran Rp3.500/kg dipengumpul dan Rp5.000 dipengecer dan share marjin 72%. Pada saluran pemasaran 3 total biaya Rp419/kg dan marjin pemasarannya Rp5.000/kg dan share marjin 60%. (3) Semua saluran pemasaran efisien. The purpose of this study is to find out the marketing of coconut sap brown sugar in bajamas village, sirandorung district, central tapanuli regency. The methods used in this study are qualitative data analysis methods to find out brown sugar marketing channels and quantitative data analysis methods to calculate costs, marjins and marketing efficiency. The sampling method uses the saturated sampling method. The total number of samples used in this study was 26 respondents. It consists of 19 producers, 2 collectors and 5 retailers. The results of this study show that: (1) there are 3 marketing channels of coconut sap brown sugar in bajamas village, sirandorung district, central tapanuli regency. (2) in marketing channel 1, the total marketing cost is idr 1,738/kg and the marjin share is 100%. In marketing channel 2, the total marketing cost is idr 614/kg, the marketing marjin is idr 3,500/kg collected and idr 5,000 is collected by retailers and the marjin share is 72%. In marketing channel 3, the total cost is idr 419/kg and the marketing marjin is idr 5,000/kg and a marjin share of 60%. (3) All marketing channels are efficient.en_US
