Based on the results that have been analyzed previously with the t-test formula to distinguish work readiness between men and women, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. There is a significant difference between men and women, with a significance value of p = 0.008 so that based on the results of the differences from statistics and visualization with an average career readiness score for men of 66.909 compared to an average career readiness for women of 64.333, it can be concluded that the difference in work readiness for men is higher than for women.en_US
