dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Di Pt. Sos Tbk Cabang Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. SOS TBK Cabang Medan yang berjumlah 53 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Hasil analis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi r(xy)= 0,428 dengan p = 0,000 (p< 0,05), artinya bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dengan Kepuasan Kerja. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi organizational citizenship behavior, maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja, sebaliknya semakin rendah organizational citizenship behavior , maka semakin rendah kepuasan kerja. Dari hasil analisis ini diketahui bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan PT. SOS TBK Cabang Medan tergolong rendah (mean empirik = 33,830 > mean hipotetik = 47,50) demikian juga Kepuasan Kerja tergolong rendah (mean empirik= 32.943 > mean hipotetik = 47,50. Adapun koefisien determinasi ditemukan sebesar r2 = 0,183 berarti bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior memberikan sumbangan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT. SOS TBK Cabang Medan sebesar 18,30%. This study aims to determine the Relationship Between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Sos Tbk Medan Branch. This study uses a quantitative research method. The subjects in this study were employees of PT. SOS TBK Medan Branch totaling 53 employees. The sampling technique used the Total Sampling technique. The results of data analysis show a correlation coefficient of r (xy) = 0.428 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05), meaning that there is a significant positive relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Satisfaction. These results indicate that the higher the organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the job satisfaction, conversely the lower the organizational citizenship behavior, the lower the job satisfaction. From the results of this analysis it is known that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees of PT. SOS TBK Medan Branch is classified as low (empirical mean = 33.830 > hypothetical mean = 47.50) and Job Satisfaction is classified as low (empirical mean = 32.943 > hypothetical mean = 47.50. The coefficient of determination is found to be r2 = 0.183, meaning that Organizational Citizenship Behavior contributes to Job Satisfaction of PT. SOS TBK Medan Branch employees by 18.30%.en_US
