dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dengan Burnout Pada Pegawai Yayasan Medan Plus. Metode yang digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi 63 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan total sampling sehingga sampel berjumlah 63 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana didapatkan hasil t hitung (4.312) dan t tabel (1.669), yang artinya t tabel > t hitung yaitu 4.312 > 1.669 sehingga didapatkan hasil terdapat pengaruh antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap burnout. Selanjutnya, koefisien determinasi (r2) keterkaitan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen ialah r2= 0.234. Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya Komunikasi Interpersonal mempunyai kontribusi terhadap Burnout sebesar 23.4%. Komunikasi Interpersonal tergolong rendah dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 85 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 71,90. Selanjutnya Burnout memperoleh hasil tinggi dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 50 dan nilai empiriknya sebesar 70.52. The purpose of this study was to determine and empirically test the influence of Interpersonal Communication on Burnout in Medan Plus Foundation Employees. The method used was a quantitative method with a population of 63 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling so that the sample numbered 63 people. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the simple regression analysis, the results of the t count (4.312) and t table (1.669) were obtained, which means that t table> t count, namely 4.312> 1.669 so that the results showed that there was an influence between interpersonal communication and burnout. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2 = 0.234. This shows that Interpersonal Communication has a contribution to Burnout of 23.4%. Interpersonal Communication is classified as low with a hypothetical mean value of 85 and an empirical mean of 71.90. Furthermore, Burnout obtained high results with a hypothetical value of 50 and an empirical value of 70.52. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Burnout, Employees.en_US
