Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara persepsi suasana cafe terhadap kepuasaan konsumen di Seis Café Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah datang dan menikmati produk/sajian di Seis Café pada bulan Mei dengan jumlah 4.689 pelanggan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 368 pelanggan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan dengan dua skala, yaitu skala suasana toko dan skala kepuasaan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana terlihat bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara suasana toko terhadap kepuasaan konsumen, dimana rxy = 0.759, dengan Signifikan p= < 0,001. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0. 576 ini menunjukkan bahwa suasana toko memiliki distribusi terhadap kepuasaan konsumen sebesar 57,6%. Berdasarkan hasil uji mean dapat disimpulkan bahwa suasana toko tergolong positif dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 70 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 80,21. Selanjutnya kepuasaan konsumen dapat disimpulkan memperoleh hasil tinggi dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 75 dan nilai empiriknya sebesar 85,33. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa suasana toko memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasaan konsumen pada pelanggan di Seis Café Medan. This study aims to determine the effect between perceptions of the cafe atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Seis Café Medan. The population in this study were consumers who had come and enjoyed products / dishes at Seis Café in May with a total of 4,689 customers and the sample in this study amounted to 368 customers. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Data collection is done with two scales, namely the store atmosphere scale and the consumer satisfaction scale. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that there is a significant influence between the store atmosphere on customer satisfaction, where rxy = 0.759, with a significant p = < 0.001. From these results, the coefficient of determination (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is r2 = 0. 576, this shows that the shop atmosphere has a distribution to customer satisfaction of 57.6%. Based on the results of the mean test, it can be concluded that the shop atmosphere is classified as positive with a hypothetical mean value of 70 and an empirical mean of 80.21. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction can be concluded to get high results with a hypothetical value of 75 and an empirical value of 85.33. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the shop atmosphere has an influence on customer satisfaction in Seis Café Medan. |
