Analisis Efektivitas Kelompok Tani Padi Sawah di Desa Dame Kecamatan Dolok Masihul Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani padi sawah di desa dame serta mengetahui hubungan antara faktor ciri kelompok, faktor kerja dan faktor luar kelompok dengan efektivitas kelompok tani. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu menggunakan rumus interval menggunakan skorsing dan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor ciri kelompok, faktor kerja Dan faktor luar kelompok dengan efektivitas kelompok tani dianalisis secara statistik non parametrik dengan menggunakan uji koefisien rank spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani dari produktivitas kelompok sebesar 87,78% pada ketegori tinggi dan kepuasan anggota sebesar 87,78% pada kategori tinggi. Sedangkan Faktor ciri kelompok (X1) dengan produktivitas kelompok (Y1) memiliki hubungan yang kuat, hubungan faktor kerja atau fungsi tugas (X2) dengan produktivitas kelompok (Y1) memiliki hubungan yang kuat, hubungan antara faktor luar kelompok (X3) dengan produktivitas kelompok (Y1) memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Faktor ciri kelompok (X1) dengan kepuasan anggota (Y2) memiliki hubungan yang kuat, hubungan faktor kerja atau fungsi tugas (X2) dengan kepuasan anggota (Y2) memiliki hubungan yang kuat, hubungan antara faktor luar kelompok (X3) dengan kepuasan anggota (Y2) memiliki hubungan yang kuat. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of rice farming groups in Dame Village and to determine the relationship between group characteristics, work factors and external group factors with the effectiveness of farmer groups. The data analysis method used in the study is using the interval formula using scoring and to determine the relationship between group characteristics, work factors and external group factors with the effectiveness of farmer groups analyzed statistically non-parametrically using the Spearman rank coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that the level of effectiveness of farmer groups from group productivity is 87.78% in the high category and member satisfaction is 87.78% in the high category. While the group characteristics factor (X1) with group productivity (Y1) has a strong relationship, the relationship between work factors or task functions (X2) with group productivity (Y1) has a strong relationship, the relationship between external group factors (X3) with group productivity (Y1) has a strong relationship. Group characteristic factors (X1) with member satisfaction (Y2) have a strong relationship, the relationship between work factors or task functions (X2) with member satisfaction (Y2) has a strong relationship, the relationship between external group factors (X3) with member satisfaction (Y2) has a strong relationship.
