Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk hayati cair terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman hortikultura selada (Lactuca sativa L.) dengan metode hidroponik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok secara Non Faktorial yang terdiri dari empat yakni, P1= 100% AB Mix(1000 ml/250 ℓ air), P2= 100% AB Mix (1000 ml/250 ℓ air) + FertoMAX (1250 mℓ/ℓ), P3= 75% AB Mix (750 ml/250 ℓ air) + FertoMAX (1250 mℓ/ℓ), P4=50% AB Mix (500 ml/250 ℓ air) +FertoMAX (1250 mℓ/ℓ). Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (cm), panjang daun (cm), lebar daun (cm), dan berat basah serta berat kering tanaman (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk hayati cair berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, lebar daun serta berat basah dan berat kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tinggi tanaman terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan P4 sebesar 23,93 cm dan tinggi tanaman terendah pada perlakuan P2 yaitu sebesar 17,86 cm. Pada parameter jumlah daun, nilai terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan P4 sebesar 7,58 helai. Dengan nilai terendah pada P2 sebesar 5,01 helai. Pada parameter panjang daun, nilai terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan P4 sebesar 15,83 cm. Dengan nilai terendah terdapat pada perlakuan P2 sebesar 13,91 cm. Pada parameter lebar daun, nilai terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan P4 dengan nilai terbaik sebesar 12,04 cm. Sedangkan nilai terendah, terdapat pada perlakuan P2 dengan nilai sebesar 7,22 cm. Pada parameter berat basah, nilai terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan P4 dengan nilai sebesar 56,27 g dan nilai terendah terdapat pada perlakuan P2 dengan nilai sebesar 27,12 g. Sedangkan pada parameter berat kering, nilai terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan P4 sebesar 4,73 g, dan nilai terendah terdapat pada perlakuan P2 dengan nilai sebesar 1,79 g. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquid biofertilizer on the vegetative growth of horticultural lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) with the hydroponic method. This study was conducted using a Non-Factorial Randomized Group Design consisting of four, namely, P1 = 100% AB Mix (1000 ml / 250 ℓ water), P2 = 100% AB Mix (1000 ml / 250 ℓ water) + FertoMAX (1250 mℓ / ℓ), P3 = 75% AB Mix (750 ml / 250 ℓ water) + FertoMAX (1250 mℓ / ℓ), P4 = 50% AB Mix (500 ml / 250 ℓ water) + FertoMAX (1250 mℓ / ℓ). Observations were made on plant height (cm), number of leaves (cm), leaf length (cm), leaf width (cm), and wet weight and dry weight of plants (g). The results of the study showed that the provision of liquid biofertilizer had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width and wet weight and dry weight of plants. The results of this study showed that the best plant height was in the P4 treatment of 23.93 cm and the lowest plant height was in the P2 treatment of 17.86 cm. In the number of leaves parameter, the best value is in the P4 treatment of 7.58 strands. With the lowest value in P2 of 5.01 strands. In the leaf length parameter, the best value is in the P4 treatment of 15.83 cm. With the lowest value in the P2 treatment of 13.91 cm. In the leaf width parameter, the best value is in the P4 treatment with the best value of 12.04 cm. While the lowest value is in the P2 treatment with a value of 7.22 cm. In the wet weight parameter, the best value is in the P4 treatment with a value of 56.27 g and the lowest value is in the P2 treatment with a value of 27.12 g. While in the dry weight parameter, the best value is in the P4 treatment of 4.73 g, and the lowest value is in the P2 treatment with a value of 1.79 g. |
