Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji ada pengaruh antara job insecurity terhadap stres kerja pada Karyawan Outsourcing PT. Bank Mega Tbk Regional Office Medan. Responden yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini ialah 90 responden penelitian dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunalan adalah teknik total sampling.. Metode yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi normalitas, uji asumsi linearitas, dan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil di dalam penelitian yang telah dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa variabel job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai koefisien F yaitu 883,124 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Adapun persentase pengaruh job insecurity terhadap stres kerja ialah 90,9% sedangkan sisanya yakni 9,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor stres kerja lainnya. This study was conducted to test the influence of job insecurity on work stress in Outsourcing Employees of PT. Bank Mega Tbk Regional Office Medan. The respondents used in this study were 90 research respondents and the sampling technique used was the total sampling technique. The methods used were validity test, reliability test, normality assumption test, linearity assumption test, and simple linear regression analysis test. The results of the research conducted by the researcher showed that the job insecurity variable had an effect on work stress with an F coefficient value of 883.124 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis was accepted. The percentage of the influence of job insecurity on work stress was 90.9% while the remaining 9.1% was influenced by other work stress factors.
