dc.description.abstractAlat berat di dalam suatu proyek bangunan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam hal kelangsungan proyek tersebut, tidak mungkin sekali manusia dapat mengangkat batuan berton-ton, tanah berkubikkubik, dan berbagai hal lainnya tanpa bantuan alat berat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai produktivitas tower crane dan dump truck dan kombinasi alat berat yang paling tepat dan efisien Penelitian ini menggunakan metode produktivitas alat berat, penentu jenis dan jumlah alat sesuai dengan medan lokasi. metode perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan cara trial and error. Dari trial perhitungan produksi alat berat dengan mengambil tiga alternatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan Nilai produktivitas yang terbaik didapatkan pada perhitungan alternative 3 dengan hasil produktivitas tower crane 11282 kg/jam , Dump truck 81,64 m3 /jam. Untuk mendapatkan kombinasi alat berat dari segi waktu dan biaya yaitu dengan melakukan berbagai alternative perhitungan kombinasi jumlah alat berat yang sesuai dengan medan. Dengan perhitungan tersebut maka didapatlah kombinasi alat yang optimal pada perhitungan alternative 3. Kombinasi alat berat yang direkomendasikan terdiri dari unit 4 unit Tower crane dan 6 unit Dump truck. Heavy equipment in a building project has a very important role in terms of the continuity of the project. It is impossible for humans to lift tons of rock, cubes of soil and various other things without the help of heavy equipment. The aim of this research is to determine the productivity value of tower cranes and dump trucks and the most appropriate and efficient combination of heavy equipment. This research uses the heavy equipment productivity method, determining the type and number of equipment according to the location terrain. The calculation method is carried out by trial and error. From the trial calculation of heavy equipment production by taking three alternatives. Based on the research that has been carried out, the best productivity value is obtained in alternative 3 calculations with tower crane productivity results of 11282 kg/hour, dump truck 81.64 m3/hour. To get a combination of heavy equipment in terms of time and cost, namely by carrying out various alternative calculations of combinations of the number of heavy equipment that are appropriate to the terrain. With these calculations, the optimal combination of equipment is obtained in alternative 3 calculations. The recommended combination of heavy equipment consists of 4 tower crane units and 6 dump truck units.en_US
