Analisis Faktor - Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan dan Minat Petani Padi Sawah Organik (Oryza Sativa L) (Studi Kasus: Kelompok Tani Mekar Pasar Kawat Desa Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Beringin, Kabupaten Deli Serdang)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani padi dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat petani padi organik. Penelitian ini dilakukan Di Kelompok Tani Mekar Pasar Kawat (Studi Kasus : Desa Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Beringin, Kabupaten Deli Serdang). Pemilihan lokasi ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, yang dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 13 responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produksi gabah basah sebesar 3.286 atau 3,2 Ton/MT dengan rata-rata luas lahan 0,54 Ha dengan harga gabah basah sebesar Rp.6.500/Kg. Rata-rata biaya produksi petani padi organik sebesar 5.645.415/MT dengan besarnya penerimaan petani padi organik sebesar Rp.18.400.000/MT. Ratarata pendapatan petani padi organik Di Kelompok Tani Mekar Pasar Kawat di Desa Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Beringin, Kabupaten Deli Serdang) sebesar Rp. 12.939.585/MT . Hasil Uji t diperoleh faktor modal, luas lahan, pengalaman, dan harga, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani padi organik. Hasil uji t dipeoleh faktor umur, pengalaman, dan Pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat petani padi organik. This study aims to determine the income and factors that influence the income of rice farmers and to determine the factors that influence the interest of organic rice farmers. This study was conducted in the Mekar Pasar Kawat Farmer Group (Case Study: Karang Anyar Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency). The selection of this location was done intentionally (purposive). Determination of the sample in this study used the census method, where all populations were sampled as many as 13 respondents. The results of the study showed that the average wet grain production was 3,286 or 3.2 tons / MT with an average land area of ​​​​0.54 Ha with a wet grain price of Rp. 6,500 / Kg. The average production cost of organic rice farmers is 5,645,415 / MT with the amount of organic rice farmer income of Rp. 18,400,000 / MT. The average income of organic rice farmers in the Mekar Pasar Kawat Farmers Group in Karang Anyar Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency) is Rp. 12,939,585/MT. The t-test results obtained that capital factors, land area, experience, and price have a significant effect on the income of organic rice farmers.
