Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Tani Ikan Mas (Cyprinus Carpio) di Kecamatan Stm Hilir Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha tani ikan mas di Kecamatan STM Hilir Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode purposive Sampling untuk menentukan wilayah, Dua desa yang dijadikan tempat penelitian adalah Desa Limau Mungkur dan Desa Lau Barus Baru dengan sampel 51 responden yang merupakan pembudidaya ikan mas. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan dengan mengurangkan biaya tetap dan biaya variabel, dan analisis kelayakan usaha tani dengan metode R/C ratio, B/C ratio, Break Event Poin (BEP), Net Presen Value (NPV), dan Internal rate return (IRR). Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa analisis pendapatan pembudidaya ikan mas adalah sebesar Rp18.994.064. Analisis kelayakan usaha tani ikan mas adalah layak untuk dijalankan dimana nilai R/C ratio didapat nilai 1,48 >1, B/C ratio didapat nilai 0,48 <1, BEP produksi 1.317 kg<jumlah produksi sebesar 1.962 kg, NPV didapat nilai positif sebesar Rp. 18.021.143, dan IRR didapatkan sebesar 40%. This research aims to analyze the income and feasibility of goldfish farming in STM Hilir District, Deli Serdang Regency. Determining the sample in this research used the purposive sampling method to determine the area. The two villages used as research sites were Limau Mungkur Village and Lau Barus Baru Village with a sample of 51 respondents who were carp cultivators. The method used is income analysis by subtracting fixed costs and variable costs, and analysis of the feasibility of farming using the R/C ratio, B/C ratio, Break Event Points (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal rate return (IRR) methods. The results of this research show that the income analysis of goldfish farmers is IDR 18,994,064. Analysis of the feasibility of carp farming is feasible to carry out where the R/C ratio value is 1.48 > 1, the B/C ratio is 0.48 <1, BEP production is 1,317 kg <total production is 1,962 kg, NPV is positive value of IDR. 18,021,143, and the IRR was obtained at 40%.
