dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebahagiaan di tempat kerja pada pegawai di Balai Besar Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel dari penelitian ini 48 orang pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu total sampling. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan skala kebahagiaan di tempat kerja yang disusun berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebahagiaan kerja yang dikemukakan oleh Januwarsono (2015). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat lima faktor yang muncul dari 19 indikator sebagai variabel manifest yang dianalisis yaitu: (1) Kepuasan Kerja 35.45%, (2) Kepercayaan Organisasi 16.39%, (3) Kinerja Pekerja 12.06%, (4) Budaya Organisasi 9.11%, dan (5) Perilaku Kepemimpinan 6.35%. This research was conducted to identify the factors influencing workplace happiness among employees at the North Sumatra Natural Resources Conservation Center. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study consisted of 48 employees. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, specifically total sampling. The research instrument was a workplace happiness scale developed based on the factors influencing workplace happiness as proposed by Januwarsono (2015). The data analysis method used was Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results show that there are five factors that emerged from 19 indicators as manifest variables, which were analyzed as follows: (1) Job Satisfaction 35.45%, (2) Organizational Trust 16.39%, (3) Worker Performance 12.06%, (4) Organizational Culture 9.11%, and (5) Leadership Behavior 6.35%.en_US
