Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk hayati cair terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman kelapa sawit pada tahap main nursery dan mengetahui jumlah populasi bakteri tanah setelah pengaplikasian pupuk hayati cair. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Januari – Juni 2023 pada pembibitan kelapa sawit tahap main nursery, di Kebun Aek Pancur, Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit dan Isolasi bakteri dilakukan di laboratorium Fisika Tanah Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial yang terdiri atas 14 perlakuan yaitu : P1 = Coating dengan PHC (+), P2 = Tanpa coating dengan PHC (-), P3 = PHC (+), 100% NPK+ PHC, P4 = PHC (+), 75% NPK+ PHC, P5 = PHC (+), 50% NPK+ PHC, P6 = PHC (+), 100% NPK+ B, P7 = PHC (+), 75%NPK + B, P8 = PHC (+), 50% NPK+ B, P9 = PHC (-), 100% NPK+ PHC, P10 = PHC (-), 75% NPK+ PHC, P11 = PHC (-), 50% NPK + PHC, P12 = PHC (-), 100% NPK+ B, P13 = PHC (-), 75% NPK + B dan P14 = PHC (-), 50% NPK+ B. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam dan uji lanjut Duncan. Variabel pengamatan pertumbuhan vegetatif menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan P8 (PHC(+)) sebesar 114,08 cm nyata lebih tinggi dibandingkan perlakuan P1, P2, P3, P4, P4, P6, P7, P9, P10, P11, P12, P13 dan P14. Pertumbuhan vegetatif terendah pada parameter tinggi tanaman yaitu pada perlakuan P1(Coating dengan PHC (+)) sebesar 62,33 cm, diameter batang terendah yaitu pada perlakuan P1(Coating dengan PHC (+)) sebesar 3,63 cm, jumlah daun terendah pada perlakuan P1(Coating dengan PHC (+)) sebanyak 9 helai. Sedangkan untuk populasi bakteri meningkat setelah penggunaan aplikasi pupuk hayati cair, populasi bakteri terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan P11 (PHC (-), 50% NPK + PHC) sebesar 1,84×107 CFU/g. This study aims to determine the effect of liquid biofertilizer on the vegetative growth of oil palm plants at the main nursery stage and to determine the number of soil bacterial populations after the application of liquid biofertilizer. This study was conducted in January - June 2023 on oil palm nurseries at the main nursery stage, at the Aek Pancur Plantation, Oil Palm Research Center and bacterial isolation was carried out in the Soil Physics laboratory of the Oil Palm Research Center. This study used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) method consisting of 14 treatments, namely: P1 = Coating with PHC (+), P2 = Without coating with PHC (-), P3 = PHC (+), 100% NPK + PHC, P4 = PHC (+), 75% NPK + PHC, P5 = PHC (+), 50% NPK + PHC, P6 = PHC (+), 100% NPK + B, P7 = PHC (+), 75% NPK + B, P8 = PHC (+), 50% NPK + B, P9 = PHC (-), 100% NPK + PHC, P10 = PHC (-), 75% NPK + PHC, P11 = PHC (-), 50% NPK + PHC, P12 = PHC (-), 100% NPK + B, P13 = PHC (-), 75% NPK + B and P14 = PHC (-), 50% NPK+ B. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and Duncan's further test. The observation variable of vegetative growth showed that the P8 (PHC (+)) treatment of 114.08 cm was significantly higher than the P1, P2, P3, P4, P6, P7, P9, P10, P11, P12, P13 and P14 treatments. The lowest vegetative growth in plant height parameters was in the P1 (Coating with PHC (+)) treatment of 62.33 cm, the lowest stem diameter was in the P1 (Coating with PHC (+)) treatment of 3.63 cm, the lowest number of leaves was in the P1 (Coating with PHC (+)) treatment of 9 strands. Meanwhile, the bacterial population increased after the use of liquid biofertilizer applications, the best bacterial population was in the P11 (PHC (-), 50% NPK + PHC) treatment of 1.84 × 107 CFU / g.
