Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kartu simpati telkomsel prabayar pada mahasiswa fakultas psikologi Universitas Medan Area. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa skala yang disusun dengan model likert. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan dan melihat dan seberapa besar pengaruh Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan melalui persamaan linier yang terbentuk, maka dilakukan Uji t. Dengan koefisin t sebesar 3.659, dengan harga p = 0.000 berrarti p<0.01, maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, dalam arti ada pengaruh kepuasan pelangggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan besaran pengaruh dalam bentuk linier dapat dituliskan sebagai berikut : y=a + bx, berdasarkan tabel di atas maka dapat dituliskan y = 35.864 + 0.1.77*(X). Artinya besaran pengaruh Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan jika tejadi peningkatan variabel X sebanyak 1 poin maka terjadi penurunan Loyalitas pelanggansebesar 36.041, dengan konstribusi sebesar 16.30%. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of prepaid Telkomsel Simpati cards in students of the Faculty of Psychology, Medan Area University. The method used in this study is quantitative with data collection in the form of a scale arranged with a Likert model. Customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty and to see how much influence customer satisfaction has on customer loyalty through the linear equation formed, a t-test is carried out. With a t coefficient of 3.659, with a p value of 0.000 meaning p <0.01, the hypothesis in this study is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, with the magnitude of the influence in linear form can be written as follows: y = a + bx, based on the table above, y = 35.864 + 0.1.77 * (X) can be written. This means that the magnitude of the influence of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty if there is an increase in variable X by 1 point, then there is a decrease in Customer Loyalty of 36,041, with a contribution of 16.30%. |
