Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui level employee engagement milenial di PT. Industri Nabati Lestari. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif ini melibatkan 92 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan skala dengan format respon likert yang disusun berdasarkan teori aspek-aspek employee engagement menurut Gallup (dalam Buckingham and Coffman, 2014). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement milenial di PT. Industri Nabati Lestari berada pada kategori sedang (μ=182,5; x̄=184; SD=29,3). Analisis selanjutnya menemukan bahwa aspek tertinggi dari employee engagement milenial di PT. Industri Nabati Lestari adalah belongness (μ= 63,5; x̄= 63,6; SD= 9,6) dan aspek yang terendah adalah basic need (μ= 30,5; x̄= 30,4; SD=4,4) This research aimed to determine the level of employee engagement among millennials at PT. Industri Nabati Lestari. This quantitative research, with a descriptive approach, involved 92 employees as the research sample. Data were collected using a scale with a Likert response format, based on the aspects of employee engagement according to Gallup (in Buckingham & Coffman, 2014). The results of the analysis showed that the employee engagement level of millennials at PT. Industri Nabati Lestari was categorized as moderate (μ = 182.5; x̄ = 184; SD = 29.3). Further analysis found that the highest aspect of employee engagement among millennials at PT. Industri Nabati Lestari was belongness (μ = 63.5; x̄ = 63.6; SD = 9.6), and the lowest aspect was basic need (μ = 30.5; x̄ = 30.4; SD =4.4). |
