This study was conducted to see the effect of family support on resilience in parents who have children with cancer at the Smiling Kids Foundation. The research method used is a quantitative approach method. The sample of this study was 64 parents, including fathers and mothers of 32 children with cancer who are members of the Smiling Kids Foundation. The sampling technique in this study used the total sampling technique. The research measuring instrument used a scale of family support and resilience which was compiled based on aspects put forward by Friedman (2010) and Bonanno (2004). The data analysis used was Regression analysis. From the results of the analysis, it was obtained (𝑅2 = 0.490; p = 0.000 <0.001). This means that the hypothesis is accepted, that there is a significant influence between family support and resilience, so that the greater the family support received by parents who have children with cancer, the higher the resilience in them and vice versa the less family support received by parents who have children with cancer, the lower the resilience in them.
