dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dan psychological well-being pada guru SMA Negeri 1 Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat hubungan negatif antara stres kerja dengan psychological wellbeing. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 guru dari populasi 88 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi Product Moment. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara hipotetik dan empirik, stres kerja berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 55,00 dan mean empirik 55,405. Psychological well-being juga tergolong sedang dengan nilai mean hipotetik 92,50 dan mean empirik 85,811. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan nilai (rxy) = -0,709 dengan p < 0,001, sehingga hipotesis diterima. Koefisien determinan sebesar 0,503 menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap psychological well-being sebesar 50,3%. This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and psychological well-being in teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Medan. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between work stress and psychological well-being. This study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 37 teachers from a population of 88 people. Data were collected using a Likert Scale and analyzed using the Product Moment correlation technique. The results of the analysis showed that hypothetically and empirically, work stress was in the moderate category with a hypothetical mean value of 55.00 and an empirical mean of 55.405. Psychological well-being was also classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean value of 92.50 and an empirical mean of 85.811. The correlation analysis showed a value (rxy) = -0.709 with p <0.001, so the hypothesis was accepted. The determinant coefficient of 0.503 showed that work stress had an effect on psychological well-being by 50.3%.en_US
