Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran komitmen organisasi pada anggota Federasi Advokat Republik Indonesia di wilayah sumatera utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Adapun populasi penelitian ini 50 anggota dengan jumlah sampel 50 anggota. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis frekuensi. Komitmen afektif yang memiliki persentase tertinggi dalam mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi anggota adalah yaitu sebesar 36,6 %, selanjutnya urutan kedua komitmen normative sebesar 35,7 %, serta komitmen berkelanjutan memiliki persentase terendah dalam mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi pada anggota yaitu sebesar 27,7 %. Aspek komitmen afektif menjadi yang dominan, karena anggota organisasi merasa memiliki komitmen terhadap organisasi dikarenakan anggota organisasi bekerja sesuai dengan keiinginannya dan memiliki tujuan untuk memajukan organisasi. Sedangkan komitmen kelanjutan yang paling rendah dikarenakan banyak anggota organisasi yang masih menetap untuk bekerja dan mengabdi di organisasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of organizational commitment among members of the Indonesian Advocates Federation in the North Sumatra region. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study was 50 members with a sample size of 50 members. Sampling used the total sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study was the frequency analysis technique. Affective commitment which has the highest percentage in influencing members' organizational commitment is 36.6%, then the second order is normative commitment of 35.7%, and continuing commitment has the lowest percentage in influencing organizational commitment to members, namely 27.7%. The affective commitment aspect is the dominant one, because members of the organization feel committed to the organization because members of the organization work according to their wishes and have the goal of advancing the organization. While the lowest continuing commitment is because many members of the organization still remain to work and serve in the organization. |
