dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan di PTPN IV Kebun Tinjowan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang dari total populasi, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model skala semantik diferensial melalui lima dimensi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, OCB pada karyawan PTPN IV Kebun Tinjowan, pada dimensi altruisme kategori tinggi dengan persentase 20.04%, dimensi coursety memiliki kategori tinggi dengan persentase 20.31%, dimensi councentious memiliki kategori tinggi dengan persentase 15.80%, dimensi civic virtue memiliki kategori tinggi dengan persentase 20.86%, dimensi sportmanship memiliki kategori tinggi dengan persentase 22.99%. OCB pada karyawan PTPN IV Kebun Tinjowan berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu pada dimensi sportmanship sebesar 22.99%, dan yang rendah pada dimensi councentious sebesar 15.80%. This study aims to determine the description of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees at PTPN IV Kebun Tinjowan. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 50 people from the total population, the sampling technique in this study used the total sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used a differential semantic scale model through five dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Data analysis in this study used a frequency distribution. Based on the results of the study, OCB in PTPN IV Kebun Tinjowan employees, in the altruism dimension is in the high category with a percentage of 6.0%, the coursety dimension has a high category with a percentage of 12.0%, the concentious dimension has a high category with a percentage of 62.0%, the civic virtue dimension has a high category with a percentage of 40.0%, the sportmanship dimension has a high category with a percentage of 48.0%. OCB in PTPN IV Kebun Tinjowan employees is in the high category, namely in the altruism dimension of 6.0%, and the low one is in the civic virtue dimension of 40.0%.en_US
