dc.description.abstract | Pelet apung merupakan pakan yang sering digunakan dalam pembesaran ikan karena memiliki keunggulan dalam hal stabilitas, daya tahan, dan efisiensi pemberian pakan. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi termasuk pelet yang tidak mengapung dengan baik, pelet yang pecah atau hancur, bentuk pelet yang tidak konsisten, efisiensi produksi yang rendah. Pengembangan konsep molding inovatif dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi mesin extruder, meningkatkan kualitas pelet hingga meningkatkan keuntungan produsen pelet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimental. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa efisiensi energi mesin dengan molding inovatif lebih hemat energi sebesar 2 kg/kWh. Mesin extruder dengan molding inovatif lebih produksif dengan berhasil meningkatkan efiensi produksi sebesar 25% dan waktu produksi sebesar 20 % dibandingkan mesin extruder konvensional. Floating pellets are feed that is often used in fish farming because it has advantages in terms of stability, durability, and efficiency of feeding. Some of the problems faced include pellets that do not float well, pellets that break or crumble, inconsistent pellet shapes, low production efficiency. The development of an innovative molding concept was carried out with the aim of increasing the production efficiency of the extruder machine, improving the quality of pellets to increase the profits of pellet producers. This study used an experimental research method. The results of the study proved that the energy efficiency of the machine with innovative molding was more energy efficient by 2 kg/kWh. The extruder machine with innovative molding is more productive by successfully increasing production efficiency by 25% and production time by 20% compared to conventional extruder machines. | en_US |
