Coping Stres Kerja pada Perawat Wanita yang Mengalami Konflik Peran Ganda di RSU Materna Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji aspek yang tinggi dari coping stres pada perawat di rumah sakit Materna Medan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 46 responden, uji coba validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach's Alpha. Maka dari itu teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan uji mean hipotetik dan mean empirik. Coping stres diukur berdasarkan aspek menurut Lazarus & Folkman. Hasil di dalam penelitian yang telah dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan uji mean dapat dilihat bahwa problem focused coping memperoleh hasil rendah dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 45 dan mean empirik 30,59. Sedangkan emotional focused coping memperoleh hasil tinggi dengan nilai hipotetik 65 dan mean empirik 85,48. Aspek emotional focused coping tinggi dengan nilai 58,521 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Adapun persentase emotional focused coping 59% sedangkan sisanya yaitu problem focused coping 41%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya coping stres pada perawat RSU Materna Medan. This study was conducted to examine the high aspects of stress coping in nurses at Materna Hospital Medan. The population in this study was 46 respondents, validity and reliability tests using Cronbach's Alpha. Therefore, the sampling technique in this study used the total sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and hypothetical mean tests and empirical means. Stress coping is measured based on aspects according to Lazarus & Folkman. The results of the research that have been conducted by researchers show that the mean test can be seen that problem focused coping obtained low results with a hypothetical value of 45 and an empirical mean of 30.59. While emotional focused coping obtained high results with a hypothetical value of 65 and an empirical mean of 85.48. The emotional focused coping aspect is high with a value of 58.521 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The percentage of emotional focused coping is 59% while the rest is problem focused coping 41%. It can be concluded that there is stress coping in nurses at RSU Materna Medan.
