Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Dukungan Organisasi Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan CV. Defaris. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. adapun jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 67 karyawan, dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah total populasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek kedua variabel. dengan model likert. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,533 dengan Signifikan p= 0,001 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,284. Ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi berdistribusi sebesar 28,4% terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. This study was conducted to determine the Relationship Between Organizational Support and Organizational Commitment of Employees of CV. Defaris. The research method uses quantitative with a correlational approach. The population in this study was 67 employees, with the sampling technique used being the total population. The data collection method used was the scale of organizational support and organizational commitment which were arranged based on aspects of both variables. with a Likert model. Based on the results of the product moment correlation analysis calculation, it can be seen that there is a relationship between organizational support and organizational commitment. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.533 with a significant p = 0.001 <0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2 = 0.284. This shows that organizational support is distributed by 28.4% to organizational commitment. The hypothesis proposed in this study is declared accepted.
