Gambaran Manajemen Waktu pada Guru di SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka

Abstract

Manajemen waktu merupakan upaya untuk memanfaatkan waktu secara efektif dan efisien untuk mencapai tujuan yang targetnya sudah ditentukan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran manajemen waktu pada guru di SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS . Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 92 guru dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur berupa skala manajemen waktu yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek manajemen waktu oleh Atkinson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek bersikap tegas dan fokus berada pada urutan pertama dengan nilai extraction sebesar 0,743, kemudian aspek menetapkan tujuan dengan nilai extraction sebesar 0,668, aspek menyusun jadwal dengan nilai extraction sebesar 0,605, aspek bersikap asertif dengan nilai extraction sebesar 0,591, aspek menyusun prioritas dengan nilai extraction sebesar 0,570 serta aspek menghindari penundaan dengan nilai extraction sebesar 0,544. Berdasarkan kategorisasi kepegawaian, tingkat manajemen waktu tertinggi dilakukan oleh guru Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK), guru honorer dan guru PNS. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah manajemen waktu guru SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka dalam kategori sedang. Time management is an effort to utilize time effectively and efficiently to achieve goals that have been targeted within a certain period of time. This study was conducted to determine the description of time management in teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach using the IBM SPSS application. The sample of this study was 92 teachers with a sampling technique of total sampling. This study uses a measuring instrument in the form of a time management scale compiled based on aspects of time management by Atkinson. The results of the study showed that the aspect of being assertive and focused was in first place with an extraction value of 0.743, then the aspect of setting goals with an extraction value of 0.668, the aspect of making a schedule with an extraction value of 0.605, the aspect of being assertive with an extraction value of 0.591, the aspect of setting priorities with an extraction value of 0.570 and the aspect of avoiding delays with an extraction value of 0.544. Based on the categorization of personnel, the highest level of time management is carried out by Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) teachers, honorary teachers and PNS teachers. The conclusion of this study is that the time management of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka is in the moderate category.
