dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini menganalisis perpindahan panas dari tungku pembakaran sate sebagai pemanfaatan sumber panas untuk konversi energi melalui Thermoelectric Generator (TEG). Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami distribusi suhu dan total heat flux pada tungku pembakaran menggunakan simulasi numerik. Data diperoleh dari literatur dan pengukuran langsung. Simulasi dilakukan dengan software ANSYS student, yang efektif untuk analisis perpindahan panas. Suhu tertinggi yang terukur pada lapisan plat TEG mencapai 95,8 °C, dengan distribusi suhu merambat hingga 40,6 °C di ujung heatsink. This study analyzes heat transfer from a satay oven as a heat source utilization for energy conversion through a Thermoelectric Generator (TEG). The aim is to understand the temperature distribution and total heat flux in the oven using numerical simulations. Data were obtained from literature and direct measurements. Simulations were performed using ANSYS student software, which is effective for heat transfer analysis. The highest temperature measured on the TEG plate layer reached 95.8 °C, with a temperature distribution extending up to 40.6 °C at the end of the heatsink.en_US
