Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, profesionalisme kerja, dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Belawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif . Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode dalam pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Dengan hasil penelitian: (1) Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Hal ini dilihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < 0,05 dan thitung (4.025) > ttabel (2.013). (2) Profesionalisme Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Hal ini dilihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < 0,05 dan thitung (2.048) > ttabel (2.013). (3) Komitmen berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Hal ini dilihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < 0,05 dan thitung (3.661) > ttabel (2.013). Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Profesionalisme Kerja dan Komitmen secara serempak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel dan tingkat signifikansinya (0,000) < (0,05). This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource quality, work professionalism, and commitment to employee performance at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Belawan. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 50 respondents, with a sampling technique using saturated sampling where the entire population was sampled. The method of data collection used questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis method used descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. With the results of the study: (1) Human Resource Quality has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) <0.05 and tcount (4.025)> ttable (2.013). (2) Work Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) <0.05 and tcount (2.048)> ttable (2.013). (3) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) < 0.05 and tcount (3.661) > ttable (2.013). Human Resource Quality, Work Professionalism and Commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen from the Fcount value > Ftable and the significance level (0.000) < (0.05). |
