Abstract: Keandalan struktur bangunan sangat penting untuk memastikan keselamatan dan ketahanan bangunan terhadap beban yang diberikan. Dalam desain struktur, balok beton merupakan elemen krusial yang berfungsi untuk menahan beban vertikal dan mendistribusikannya ke elemen struktural lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keandalan balok beton dengan pendekatan probabilistik, mempertimbangkan variasi momen resistensi dan momen beban yang diasumsikan mengikuti distribusi normal. Simulasi Monte Carlo digunakan untuk menganalisis variabilitas ini dan menghitung probabilitas kegagalan serta indeks keandalan. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan probabilitas kegagalan sekitar 8,40%, yang sangat mendekati hasil perhitungan probabilistik manual sebesar 8,53%. Indeks keandalan yang dihitung adalah 1,37, yang menunjukkan struktur memiliki tingkat keandalan rendah. Faktor sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa ketidakpastian momen beban lebih berpengaruh terhadap keandalan struktur dibandingkan dengan momen resistensi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting untuk perbaikan desain struktural yang lebih sensitif terhadap variabilitas ketidakpastian, guna meningkatkan keselamatan dan efisiensi konstruksi. The reliability of building structures is very important to ensure the safety and resistance of buildings to the given loads. In structural design, concrete beams are crucial elements that function to withstand vertical loads and distribute them to other structural elements. This study aims to analyze the reliability of concrete beams using a probabilistic approach, considering variations in resistance moments and load moments assumed to follow a normal distribution. Monte Carlo simulation is used to analyze this variability and calculate the probability of failure and reliability index. The simulation results show a probability of failure of around 8.40%, which is very close to the results of manual probabilistic calculations of 8.53%. The calculated reliability index is 1.37, indicating that the structure has a low level of reliability. The sensitivity factor shows that the uncertainty of the load moment has a greater effect on the reliability of the structure compared to the resistance moment. This study provides important insights for improving structural design that is more sensitive to uncertainty variability, in order to improve construction safety and efficiency.
