Abstract: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan penerimaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui pendistribusian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui perencanaan penerimaan dan pendistribusian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pengadaan barang di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpada Satu Pintu Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebanyak 80 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 80 pegawai dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan perencanaan penerimaan terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendistribusian terhadap kinerja pegawai dan terdapat perencanaan penerimaan dan pendistribusian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pengadaan barang di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpada Satu Pintu Sumatera Utara. The purpose of this research is to find out that receipt planning has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, to find out that distribution has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and to find out that receipt and distribution planning has a positive and significant effect on the performance of consumable goods procurement employees at the North Sumatra One Stop Service and Investment Service. The population in this study were 80 employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service of North Sumatra Province. The sample in the study was 80 employees using a saturated sample. The data collection technique used in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence of revenue planning on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of distribution on employee performance and there is a positive and significant influence of revenue planning and distribution on the performance of employees procuring consumables at the North Sumatra One Stop Service and Investment Service. |
