dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel lariz depari medan”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel lariz depari medan”yang berjumlah 76 responden, perhitungan jumlah sampel sampling jenuh yang dimana seluruh populasi di jadikan sampel .Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan pada pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,51% artinya bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 49% dan sisanya 19% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and competence on the performance of employees of the lariz depari hotel in Medan”. This research is associative research. The population in this study were employees of the influence of emotional intelligence and competence on the performance of lariz depari medan hotel employees “which amounted to 76 respondents, the calculation of the number of saturated sampling samples where the entire population was sampled. The data collection methods in this study were questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis method uses descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05. The results of the F test show that emotional intelligence and competence together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the Adjusted R Square value of 0.51% means that emotional intelligence and competence affect employee performance by 49% and the remaining 19% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.en_US
