dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan pengembangan sdm terhadap kinerja karyawan pt.ikapharmindo putramas medan yang berjumlah 69 responden, perhitungan jumlah sampel sampling jenuh yang dimana seluruh populasi di jadikan sampel Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan pengembangan sdm secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan pada pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,79% artinya bahwa kualitas gaya kepemimpinan dan pengembangan sdm mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 79% dan sisanya 21% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to determine and the effect of leadership style and human resource development on the performance of employees of pt.ikapharmindo putramas medan which amounted to 69 respondents, the calculation of the number of saturated sampling samples where the entire population was sampled The method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire, interview and literature study. The data analysis method uses descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05. The results of the F test show that leadership style and human resource development together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the Adjusted R Square value of 0.79% Means that the quality of leadership style and human resource development affects employee performance by 79% and the remaining 21% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.en_US
