Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh diskon dan free shipping terhadap keputusan pembelian pada TikTok Shop (Studi Kasus Desa Perpanden – Deli Serdang). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penentuan jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive-sampling. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 96 orang dengan kriteria yaitu merupakan Warga Desa Perpanden dengan usia 17 tahun keatas yang sudah pernah melakukan pembelian 2 kali atau lebih pada TikTok Shop. Tingkat kesalahan pada penelitian ini 10%. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada responden dengan media bantu yaitu google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang masing-masing pengujian diajalankan menggunakan program bantuan yaitu SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan diskon dan free shipping berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa diskon dan free shipping berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa diskon dan free shipping berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada TikTok Shop (Studi Kasus Desa Perpanden – Deli Serdang). This research aimed to analyze the effect of discounts and free shipping on purchasing decisions on TikTok Shop (Case Study in Perpanden Village – Deli Serdang). This research was a quantitative study. The determination of the sample size in this research used the purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 96 people who met the criteria: residents of Perpanden Village aged 17 years and above who had made at least two purchases on TikTok Shop. The error rate in this research was 10%. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents using Google Forms. The data analysis techniques used in this research were instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis testing, and hypothesis testing, all of which were performed using SPSS version 26. The research results showed that, simultaneously, discounts and free shipping had an effect on purchasing decisions. The partial results indicated that both discounts and free shipping had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Overall, the research findings showed that discounts and free shipping had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on TikTok Shop (Case Study in Perpanden Village – Deli Serdang).
