Abstract: Perkembangan industri konstruksi di Indonesia semakin pesat dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan infrastruktur yang kokoh, tahan lama, dan ramah lingkungan. Beton, yang digunakan dalam pembangunan gedung bertingkat, jalan, dan jembatan, memiliki keunggulan berupa kekuatan tekan yang tinggi dan daya tahan yang baik. Namun, produksi beton membutuhkan bahan baku yang besar, seperti semen dan agregat, yang berkontribusi terhadap degradasi sumber daya alam dan emisi karbon yang merugikan lingkungan. Salah satu alternatif material yang dapat mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan adalah limbah keramik, yang sering dianggap sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh substitusi limbah keramik terhadap kualitas beton, terutama kuat tekan dan workability beton. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen laboratorium menggunakan beton dengan variasi penambahan limbah keramik sebesar 5%, 10%, dan 15% sebagai pengganti agregat kasar. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengetahui perubahan pada kuat tekan dan workability beton yang diukur melalui uji slump. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan limbah keramik meningkatkan workability beton, tetapi mengurangi kuat tekan beton pada umur 14 hari. Pada umur 28 hari, beton dengan limbah keramik mengalami peningkatan kuat tekan meskipun lebih rendah dibandingkan beton normal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada penggunaan limbah keramik sebagai alternatif agregat kasar dalam campuran beton yang ramah lingkungan. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat dalam keberlanjutan pembangunan infrastruktur. The development of the construction industry in Indonesia is increasingly rapid with the increasing need for strong, durable, and environmentally friendly infrastructure. Concrete, which is used in the construction of high-rise buildings, roads, and bridges, has the advantages of high compressive strength and good durability. However, concrete production requires large amounts of raw materials, such as cement and aggregates, which contribute to the degradation of natural resources and carbon emissions that are detrimental to the environment. One alternative material that can reduce the negative impact on the environment is ceramic waste, which is often considered waste. This study aims to analyze the effect of ceramic waste substitution on concrete quality, especially the compressive strength and workability of concrete. The study was conducted using a laboratory experimental method using concrete with variations in the addition of ceramic waste of 5%, 10%, and 15% as a substitute for coarse aggregate. Testing was carried out to determine changes in the compressive strength and workability of concrete as measured by the slump test. The results showed that the addition of ceramic waste increased the workability of concrete, but reduced the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 14 days. At the age of 28 days, concrete with ceramic waste experienced an increase in compressive strength although lower than normal concrete. This study contributes to the use of ceramic waste as an alternative coarse aggregate in environmentally friendly concrete mixtures. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide benefits for the sustainability of infrastructure development.
