Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality dan kualitas Informasi terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Pengguna Aplikasi Telemedicine (Studi Pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN Di RSU Martha Friska Multatuli) baik secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi 10.669 orang dan sampel berjumlah 100 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dan kuesioner. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS for windows 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan Y=11,211+0,053X1 +0,382X2. Hasil uji T diperoleh nilai thitung e-service quality (X1) adalah 0,953 < 1,660 dengan taraf signifikan 0,343 > 0,05 maka Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima artinya e-service quality (X1) tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien (Y). Nilai thitung kualitas informasi (X2) adalah 7,693 > 1,660 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya kualitas informasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien (Y) . Hasil uji f (Simultan) diperoleh nilai Fhitung 73,912 > Ftabel 3,090 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya e-service quality (X1) dan kualitas informasi (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien (Y). R Square menunjukkan koefisien determinasi adalah 0,596 atau 59,6% variabel kepuasan pasien dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel e-service quality dan kualitas informasi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality and Information Quality on Patient Satisfaction among users of the Telemedicine Application (A Study on the JKN Mobile Application at Martha Friska Multatuli Hospital), both partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative in nature. The population consists of 10,669 people, and the sample includes 100 individuals, determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires. The data were processed using SPSS for Windows 23. The research results show that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 11.211 + 0.053X1 + 0.382X2. The T-test results indicate that the t-value for e-service quality (X1) is 0.953 < 1.660 with a significance level of 0.343 > 0.05, meaning that Ha is rejected, and H0 is accepted, indicating that e-service quality (X1) does not have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y). The tvalue for information quality (X2) is 7.693 > 1.660, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted, and H0 is rejected, indicating that information quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y). The F-test (Simultaneous) results show that the F-value is 73.912 > F-table 3.09 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that Ha is accepted, and H0 is rejected, meaning that e-service quality (X1) and information quality (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y). R Square shows a coefficient of determination of 0.596 or 59.6%, meaning that the patient satisfaction variable can be explained by eservice quality and information quality, while the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. |
