Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Free Shipping terhadap Minat Beli (2) Pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap Minat Beli (3) Pengaruh Free Shipping dan E-Service Quality. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Bandar Simalungun. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Free Shipping (X1) menunjukkan pengaruh positif pada Minat Beli, dilihat dari hasil nilai thitung 4,480 > ttabel 1,290 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. (2). E-Service Quality (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, diperoleh nilai thitung 13,370 > ttabel 1,290 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. (3). Free Shipping (X1) dan E-Service Quality (2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, diperoleh dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel, yaitu: 148,393 > 2,36 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Free Shipping on Purchase Interest (2) The Effect of E-Service Quality on Purchase Interest (3) The Effect of Free Shipping and E-Service Quality. This study uses quantitative research with an associative approach. The sample used was 100 respondents from the community domiciled in Bandar Simalungun District. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Free Shipping (X1) shows a positive effect on Purchase Interest, seen from the results of the t-count value of 4,480> t-table 1,290 with a significance level of 0,000. (2). E-Service Quality (X2) shows a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest, obtained a t-count value of 13,370> t-table 1,290 with a significance level of 0,000. (3). Free Shipping (X1) and E-Service Quality (2) simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest, obtained from the Fcount value > Ftable 148,393 > 2,36 with a significant value of 0,000.
