Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Persepsi Kemanfaatan dan Kepercayaan Nasabah Terhadap Minat Mengunakan Mobile Banking BRI (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat Kelurahan Tanjung Rejo)”. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, yang mana penelitian kuantitatif merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian yang spesifikasinya adalah sistematis, terencana, dan terstruktur dengan jelas sejak awal hingga pembuatan desain penelitiannya. Populasi pada penelitian inni merupakan seluruh masyarakat Kelurahan Tanjung Rejo yang memakai Mobile Banking BRI. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlahkan 100 orang responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Chocran karena jumlah populasi belum diketahui secara pasti. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu pendekatan purposive sampling, yang mana peneliti dapat memilih sampe purposive secara subjektif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden dan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada uji parsial ditemukan bahwa persepsi kemanfaatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan Mobile Banking BRI dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan Mobile Banking BRI, serta secara simultan persepsi kemanfaatan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan Mobile Banking BRI Pada Masyarakat Kelurahan Tanjung Rejo. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi R² sebesar 0,240 artinya variabel Persepsi Kemanfaatan dan Keprcayaan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Minat Menggunakan. Nilai R² sebesar 0,240 berarti Minat Menggunakan mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel Persepsi Kemanfaatan dan Kepercayaan sebesar 24%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 76% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya diluar lingkup penelitian. This study aims to determine "The Influence of Perceived Usefulness and Customer Trust on Interest in Using BRI Mobile Banking (Case Study in Tanjung Rejo Village Community)". This study was compiled using a quantitative research method, where quantitative research is one type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned, and clearly structured from the beginning to the creation of the research design. The population in this study was the entire Tanjung Rejo Village community who used BRI Mobile Banking. While the sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were determined using the Chocran formula because the population size was not yet known with certainty. The sampling technique was a purposive sampling approach, where researchers could choose purposive samples subjectively. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents and then processed using SPSS to obtain research results. Based on the results of the study on the partial test, it was found that the perception of usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using BRI Mobile Banking and trust has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using BRI Mobile Banking, and simultaneously the perception of usefulness and trust have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using BRI Mobile Banking in the Tanjung Rejo Village Community. Through the determination coefficient test (R2), the determination coefficient value R² was obtained at 0.240, meaning that the variables Perception of Usefulness and Trust have an influence on Interest in Using. The R² value of 0.240 means that Interest in Using can be explained by the variables Perception of Usefulness and Trust by 24%, while the remaining 76% can be explained by other variables outside the scope of the study. |
