Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Dan Motivasi Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Kafe Di Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan suatu bangsa yang mempunyai sumber daya alam sangat luas dan melimpah serta layak dinyatakan menjadi negara dengan sumber daya yang kaya dari alam dan juga manusia. Hal tersebut mampu membawa manfaat yang signifikan untuk ekonomi Indonesia. Tetapi hal tersebut tidak tercipta dikarenakan bangsa ini tidak mampu menggunakan kekayaan tersebut secara efisien. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Efikasi Diri terhadap keberhasilan usaha Kafe di Kec. Tanjung Morawa dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha Kafe di Kec. Tanjung Morawa. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini efikasi diri dan motivasi. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah keberhasilan usaha. Penggunaan sampel dalam penelitian sejumlah 30 sampel yang semua sampel ini ialah kafe yang ada di kecamatan Tanjung Morawa. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan nyata pada keberhasilan usaha pada kafe di Kec. Tanjung Morawa. Motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan nyata pada keberhasilan usaha pada kafe di Kec. Tanjung Morawa. Indonesia is a nation that has very vast and abundant natural resources and deserves to be declared a country with rich natural and human resources. This is able to bring significant benefits to the Indonesian economy. But this did not happen because this nation was unable to use this wealth efficiently. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy on the success of the Cafe business in Tanjung Morawa District and also to determine the effect of Motivation on the success of the Cafe business in Tanjung Morawa District. The independent variables in this study are self-efficacy and motivation. The dependent variable in this study is business success. The use of samples in the study was 30 samples, all of which were cafes in Tanjung Morawa District. The results of this study state that the self-efficacy variable has a positive and real influence on the success of the cafe business in Tanjung Morawa District. Motivation has a positive and real influence on the success of the cafe business in Tanjung Morawa District.
