dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan kepercayaan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening di PT. Freya Frist Indonusa Medan. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kualitas Produk (X1), Kualitas Layanan (X2), dan Harga (X3), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Keputusan Pembelian (Y), dengan Kepercayaan Konsumen (Z) sebagai variabel perantara. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 225 konsumen, dan berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 144 responden yang dipilih dari populasi tersebut. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen (Z), Kualitas Layanan (X2) juga memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen (Z), serta Harga (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, and price on purchase decisions, with consumer trust as an intervening variable at PT. Freya Frist Indonusa Medan. The independent variables in this study include Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Price (X3), while the dependent variable is Purchase Decision (Y), with Consumer Trust (Z) as the mediating variable. The approach used is a quantitative method, with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis is conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The study population consists of 225 consumers, and based on calculations using Slovin's formula with a significance level of 0.05, a sample of 144 respondents was selected from the population. The hypothesis testing results indicate that Product Quality (X1) has a positive effect on Consumer Trust (Z), Service Quality (X2) also positively influences Consumer Trust (Z), and Price (X3) positively affects Purchase Decision (Y).en_US
