dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis. Pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel anaya medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. populasi karyawan Hotel anaya medan medan yang berjumlah 82 karyawan. Dengan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh berjumlah 82 responden penelitian ini adalah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Dengan hasil penelitian. (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (5.409) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.990). (X2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,001) < 0,05 dan t-hitung (3.668) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.990) (3) bahwa (tingkat signifikansinya (0,000) < 0,05 menunjukan bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas Kompetensi (x1), dan Lingkungan Kerja (x2) secara serempak adalah signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dapat di liat F-hitung > F-tabel dan tingkat signifikansi nya (0,000) < 0,05 This study aims to determine and analyze. The effect of competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the medan anaya hotel. The research method used in this research is quantitative with an associative approach. the population of employees of the Anaya Medan Medan Hotel totaling 82 employees. With a research sample using saturated sampling totaling 82 respondents this research is. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. With the results of the study. (1) Competence has a significant effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) <0.05 and t-count (5.409)> compared to t-table (1.990). (X2) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value (0.001) < 0.05 and t-count (3.668) > compared to ttable (1.990) (3) that (the level of significance (0.000) < 0.05 indicates that the effect of the independent variables Competence (x1), and Work Environment (x2) simultaneously is significant on Employee Performance can be seen F-count> Ftable and the level of significance (0.000) < 0.05. | en_US |
