dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Square (SEM-PLS). Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Harsa Prima yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi multimedia. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di CV. Harsa Prima sebanyak 42 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai koefisien = 0.609, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien = 0.375, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien = 0.442, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja dengan nilai koefisien = 0.44, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja dengan nilai koefisien = 0.51. Motivasi kerja signifikan memediasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan semangat kerja dengan T-Statistics = 1.862 > 1.647 dan P-Values = 0.032 < 0.05. Motivasi kerja signifikan memediasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan dengan T-Statistics = 1.806 > 1.647 dan P-Values = 0.036 < 0.05 . This research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership style and work enthusiasm on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. This research method is quantitative research with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Square (SEM-PLS). This research was conducted at CV. Harsa Prima is a company operating in the field of multimedia technology. The sample in this study was all employees at CV. Harsa Prima as many as 42 samples. The results of the research show that leadership style has a positive effect on work motivation with a coefficient value = 0.609, leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient value = 0.375, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient value = 0.442, leadership style has a positive effect on work morale with a coefficient value = 0.44, work motivation has a positive effect on work morale with a coefficient value = 0.51. Work motivation significantly mediates the relationship between leadership style and work morale with T-Statistics = 1.862 > 1.647 and P-Values = 0.032 < 0.05. Work motivation significantly mediates the relationship between leadership style and employee performance with T-Statistics = 1.806 > 1.647 and P-Values = 0.036 < 0.05en_US
