dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja karyawan dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruh dari minat kerja, kompetensi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan dan interaksi antara variabel tersebut. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Square (SEM-PLS). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Kreasi Kotak Megah Tanjung Morawa Sumatera Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan Teknik quota sampling dan diperoleh 151 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. minat kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. kepuasan kerja terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara kompetensi, minat kerja dan kinerja. Selain itu, interaksi antar variabel menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi karyawan dan peningkatan kepuasan kerja dapat memaksimalkan kontribusi minat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara keseluruhan, variabel minat kerja, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersamasama memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kreasi kotak megah tanjung morawa sumatera utara. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perusahaan perlu memprioritaskan program pelatihan, pemberian motivasi dan pengembangan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. This study aims to assess employee performance by considering the influence of work interest, competence, job satisfaction, employee performance and the interaction between these variables. This research method is quantitative research with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Square (SEM-PLS). This research was conducted at PT. Magnificent Box Creations Tanjung Morawa North Sumatra. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the Slovin formula with the Quota Sampling Technique and obtained 151 samples. The results showed that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work interest also has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction is proven to be a significant mediating variable in the relationship between competence, work interest and performance. In addition, the interaction between variables shows that employee competency development and increased job satisfaction can maximize the contribution of work interest to employee performance. Overall, the variables of work interest, competence and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kreasi kotak megah tanjung morawa north sumatera. This study emphasizes that companies need to prioritize training programs, provide motivation and develop a supportive work environment to improve employee performance.en_US
