dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepercayaan konsumen sebagai variabel Intervening pada PT. Freya Frist Indonusa Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel bebas : Kualitas Produk (X1), Kualitas Pelayanan (X2), dan Harga (X3) variabel terikat : Keputusan Pembelian (Y) dengan variabel intervening : Kepercayaan Konsumen (Z). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi dengan metode analisis data structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 225 konsumen dan menggunakan teknik rumus slovin dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,05, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 144 responden yang diambil dari sebagian populasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis bahwa Kualitas Produk (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen (Z), Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen (Z), Harga (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality and price on purchasing decisions through consumer trust as an intervening variable at PT. Freya Frist Indonusa Medan. This research uses independent variables: Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Price (X3) dependent variable: Purchase Decision (Y) with intervening variable: Consumer Trust (Z). This research uses quantitative methods, and data collection techniques use questionnaires and observation using the structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) data analysis method using SmartPLS software. The population in this study was 225 consumers and used the Slovin formula technique with a significance level of 0.05, so the total sample in this study was 144 respondents taken from part of the population. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, Product Quality (X1) has a positive effect on Consumer Trust (Z), Service Quality (X2) has a positive effect on Consumer Trust (Z), Price (X3) has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). | en_US |
