This article aims to examine the self-concept of adolescent girls who are in relationships at SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran. This descriptive quantitative study uses the Tennessee Self Concept Scale (TSCS) to measure self-concept among 65 respondents. The research results show the percentage distribution of the influence of various aspects on self-concept. The personal aspect (17.7%) has the most significant influence, followed by self-criticism (17.3%) and family (16.9%). Conversely, the physical (16.3%) and moral-ethical aspects (15.4%) show the lowest influence. This means that these five aspects are depicted in forming self-concept in adolescent girls who date at SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran. This study provides important implications for understanding the impact of dating relationships on adolescent self-concept development and highlights the need for support to build healthy and positive relationships to support adolescent girls' personal growth. These findings can be used as reference material for counselors, teachers, and parents in guiding adolescents in building constructive romantic relationships. | en_US |
