dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Medan Selayang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor kecamatan medan selayang yang berjumlah 36 responden, dan perhitungan menggunakan sampel jenuh yabg mana teknik pengambilannya adalah seluruh anggota populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan pada pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,80% artinya tingkat pendidikan dan disiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 80% dan sisanya 20% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education level and work discipline on employee performance at the Medan Selayang District Office. This research is associative research. Population in this study were employees of the Medan Selayang sub-district office totaling 36 respondents, and the calculation uses a saturated sample where the technique of taking all members of the population. The data collection methods in this study are questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis method uses descriptive descriptive method and multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05. Test results F test results show that the level of education and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) test shows that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.80%, meaning that the level of education and work discipline affects employee performance by 80% and the remaining 20% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study. | en_US |
